1. Products
Products offered are freshly prepared on site using selected ingredients.
Images are non-contractual.
2. Orders
Any online order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Orders become final upon payment confirmation.
KALBAS® reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
- Exceptional unavailability
- Obvious error
- Force majeure
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros, VAT included.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
4. Payment
Payments are processed via a secure payment solution compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/debit card
- Digital meal vouchers
Transactions are handled by a secure payment provider.
5. Order Collection (Click & Collect)
Orders must be collected at the restaurant during the selected time slot.
Customers agree to respect the chosen collection time.
Failure to collect the order does not entitle the customer to a refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products.
7. Liability
KALBAS® shall not be held liable for:
- Technical malfunctions beyond its control
- Temporary website interruptions
- Delays caused by force majeure
